Ask your manager for the access code, then open invotake.maztech.me.
InvoTake
Snap your receipts. Get the company expense form and a tidy PDF. Done before the coffee gets cold.
Seven tiny stepsFrom a pile of paper to a finished claim
Each step takes seconds. The app remembers everything on your phone, so you can stop and come back any time.
01Open the link, pick your name
Type the name you want on your claims and the shared access code. That's it, once per phone.
- iPhone: Safari → share button → Add to Home Screen. Android: Chrome menu → Install app.
02Name the claim
Open Claim details and give it a description like "Qatar OB, Sept", the date and the cost centre. Cash advance if you had one.
03Add receipts
Two ways:
- Take photo opens the camera. The receipt is found on the table and trimmed. Drag the corners if it needs a nudge, tilted shots get straightened.
- Upload (many / PDF) takes a whole album, screenshots and e-receipt PDFs in one go. They queue up and get read one by one. Lock the phone, come back, it carries on.
04Give each row a glance
Tap the picture to zoom, tap the row to fix anything. The app flags what needs you:
- ⚠ a field that couldn't be read, like a date or an amount.
- Possible duplicate when the same date, amount and currency already exist, even in an old claim. Tap ✓ Not a duplicate if it's real.
- Blurry or dark photos get a warning right away, so you can retake while you still have the receipt.
05Rates for foreign currency
Paid in QAR or SAR? The Rates tab shows today's live rates to AED. Press Use and it lands in the claim. There's a calculator too, for the "how much was that?" moments.
06Export
Two buttons at the bottom:
- Excel claim is the company form, filled in, totals per category done.
- Receipts PDF packs every receipt onto A4 pages, each numbered to match its row in the sheet.
07Finish & archive
✓ Finish & archive claim moves it to Previous and starts a fresh one. From there you can re-download, reopen for edits, tick several claims for one ZIP, or import an old Excel + PDF to continue it.
Pro tipsSmall habits, zero rework
Snap it on the spot
Receipts fade and get lost. Photograph it at the table, archive the claim at the end of the trip.
Dark table, flat receipt
A darker background lets the app find the edges by itself. Flatten the curl with a finger.
Email receipts? Screenshot
Uber, hotels, flights: a screenshot or the PDF attachment reads just as well as paper.
No tips in the total
The company reimburses the fare, not the gratuity. Use the receipt without the tip line.
One claim per event
Name it after the job. Totals per event are then one tap away in Previous.
Install it
From the home screen it opens full screen, with the camera one tap away.
QuestionsThings people ask
Where are my receipts stored?
On your phone, in the browser's own storage, under your name. They are not uploaded anywhere for storage. Clearing the browser's site data deletes them, so download your claims first.
Can a colleague see my claims?
No. Each name on each phone has its own space. Share the link and the access code, and they get their own.
A row has the wrong amount or date
Tap the row and fix it. Handwritten totals and faded thermal paper are the usual culprits. A retake in better light often fixes it.
Upload stopped halfway
Busy days happen. The batch pauses with a Continue button and everything already read is kept. Tap Continue, or try again a little later.
I lost my phone
Claims you already exported are safe in your files. Anything not exported is gone, so archive and download at the end of each trip.
That's all. Really.
